Penguatan Manajemen SDM Sekolah melalui Integrasi AutoProctor dan Pendekatan Deep Learning untuk Optimalisasi Evaluasi Digital: Studi Pengabdian di SD Inpres Kakas
Abstract
Artikel ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan hasil program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia sekolah melalui integrasi aplikasi AutoProctor dan pendekatan deep learning dalam pengelolaan evaluasi digital di SD Inpres Kakas, Desa Paslaten, Kecamatan Kakas, Kabupaten Minahasa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 10 Agustus 2026 dengan melibatkan 15 guru sebagai peserta utama. Desain kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan evaluatif-deskriptif berbasis pelatihan, praktik langsung, pendampingan, pre-test dan post-test, observasi praktik, serta monitoring keberlanjutan. Materi mencakup konsep evaluasi digital, penyusunan instrumen, pengaturan evaluasi berbasis sistem, pemanfaatan fitur pengawasan AutoProctor, pengelolaan hasil evaluasi, refleksi, dan penyusunan SOP/panduan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa skor pemahaman evaluasi digital meningkat dari 62,50% pada pre-test menjadi 84,38% pada post-test, atau bertambah 21,88 poin persentase. Penilaian keterampilan praktik AutoProctor mencapai 81,25%, sedangkan 13 dari 15 peserta (86,67%) mampu mengikuti praktik sesuai tahapan yang diberikan. Indikator keberlanjutan yang tercatat dalam monitoring mencapai 78,13%. Program juga menghasilkan satu dokumen panduan/SOP dan dua sesi pendampingan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi guru lebih efektif ketika teknologi ditempatkan sebagai bagian dari sistem kerja evaluasi, bukan sekadar aplikasi tambahan. Kendala utama berupa variasi kompetensi digital, penyesuaian perangkat, dan konektivitas ditangani melalui demonstrasi ulang, pendampingan individual/kelompok kecil, panduan langkah demi langkah, serta monitoring lanjutan.
