ANALISIS BUDAYA ORGANISASI DI KANTOR DINAS TENAGA KERJA TONDANO

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the organizational culture of employees of the Tondano Manpower Office. Qualitative descriptive research methodology. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data is analyzed through data collection, data reduction, and inference. The results showed that the organizational culture of  the employees of the Tondano Manpower Office runs well according to the vision and mission that has been set. In running organizational culture, there are inhibiting factors that can be found, namely the number of employees who do not know the latest innovations, and some employees do not respond to changes that cause organizational culture  to be hampered. Organizations must strive to improve quality by taking risks, focusing on the minutiae in the organization, being results-oriented,  maintaining a  competitive attitude in the organization, and constantly innovating.
