Pengaruh Knowledge Management Terhadap Keunggulan Daya Saing Industri Kecil Mebel Di Kabupaten Minahasa Sulawesi Utara

Abstract


The objectives of this study is to examine the effect of knowledge management which consist of knowledge creation, knowledge use and knowledge sharing simultaneously to have an influence on the competitive advantage of small furniture industries in Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi. This type of research is survey research that takes samples from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument. In accordance with the research objectives, the analysis model used is the regression model. The regression model is a model used to analyze the effect of several independent variables on one dependent variable. The dependent variable in this study is the knowledge management variable, namely knowledge creation, knowledge use and knowledge sharing, while the dependent variable is competitive advantage which includes price, product quality, excellent service and product variety. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it is known that the knowledge management variable simultaneously has a significant effect on the achievement of competitive advantage. The three variable components in knowledge management, namely knowledge creation, knowledge use and knowledge sharing each have a function in increasing the competitive advantage of the small furniture industry. Increasing the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises depends on the effectiveness of knowledge management both from the technology being developed, individual knowledge that must be managed so that it becomes corporate knowledge.
