PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS PERTANIAN MINAHASA UTARA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of skills on the work  productivity of employees in the agriculture department of North Minahasa. The method used in data collection is observation, interviews and questionnaires. this method is used to prove how much influence between skills and work productivity of employees in the agriculture department of North Minahasa. North Minahasa agriculture service population numbered 57 employees and the sample used in this study amounted to 36 people. Data analysis techniques used in this research are validity, reliability, normality testing and simple linear regression hypothesis testing.based on this study, skills have a significant effect on employee work productivity because based on the results of hypothesis testing shows that the skill variable (x) has a (t) count of 4,414, while the (t) table is 1,690, because (t) count >(t) table (4,414> 1,690) which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which shows that the variable (x) skill affects the variable (y) of work productivity.
